Black, white and fuchsia pink set this mixed media bird apart from the others. Made from paper mache, old newspapers, wire and coat hanger pieces. A little whimsical, a little sophisticated, this bird is sure to uplift and delight. Her wings are made from an old soup can and accented with broken coat hanger parts. A can scrap serves as her beak. The base is a piece of salvaged wood that is stained deep shades of brown. An interesting variety of Found Objects have been scattered around the base to add an extra layer of detail and definition. Twigs frame the sides of the wood and give it a special rustic flair.
The White Bird is a perfect addition to a book shelf, window sill ledge, table top or mantle. It will certainly make you smile.
