This sassy Bird is created from paper mache, wire, old newspapers and broken coat hangers. The wings are made from a soup can top and accented with coat hanger pieces. A scrap from an old can serves as the Bird's beak. He sits on a piece of reclaimed salvaged wood that has been stained in shades of deep browns. There are a variety of Found Objects scattered around the base to add a surprise element and an interesting contrast to the Bird's black, white and hot pink color scheme.
Perfect for a bookshelf, table top, mantle or window sill. There are many interesting features to be discovered with each viewing of this whimsical piece.
