Bird by the Green Fence

Taking old, discarded things and making them new again is what this colorful piece is all about. For some reason, the shade of Green I chose gives me a nostalgic feeling. Using the most common items such as popsicle sticks, cardboard, coat hanger wire, bottle caps and old cans, this piece is proof that the most ordinary items can have extraordinary uses. I love to challenge people to identify the materials I used. You will never see a bottle cap or a piece of wire the same way after viewing this piece or any of my other pieces. 

I hope I created a piece that has a home style and happy vibe to it. Those are the feelings I experienced when creating it.

Can be hung inside or out (in a covered area) and also stands alone.
