Each finished piece is like a scavenger hunt where you can find an abundance of repurposed items like nails, wire, metal,  rusted bottle caps, bolts, old keys, washers, screws and salvaged wood. By taking broken, discarded and rusted items, Deane gives these things a second chance and a new life through her Folk Art. 

At first glance, these creations may seem rustic and primitive. But upon closer inspection, you will find a sophisticated and innovative use of the most common items creatively repurposed in this Eco Friendly Art.
